UNSALTED BUTTER, 160g – Our organic unsalted butter is churned using cream from our organic pastured cows in our own Creamery on the farm. We add cultures to the cream and let it ferment overnight to make cultured butter, which has a decidedly more complex and interesting flavour.
IRISH SMOKED SALMON 200G – Succulent & tender, with a delicate smoky taste. Seasoned by hand using a century old recipe, and smoked over gently smouldering oak and beech in a smokehouse by skilled artisans. This careful, slow process results in creamy melt-in-the-mouth salmon.
COTSWOLD BROWN EGGS 1/2 DOZEN – From hens freely ranging grass and clover pastures in the fresh air.
SOURDOUGH 500G – Made by hand on our farm.
RED WHITE & BLUEBERRY GRANOLA – This fruity, toasted granola with five berries and light, puffed quinoa is delicious with organic cow’s or goat’s milk, nut milks or creamy coconut yogurt. As well as a energy-packed breakfast, it also makes a convenient snack for when you’re on the go, and is ideal for lunchboxes.
SEVILLE ORANGE MARMALADE – A thick cut marmalade made in winter time from seasonal Seville oranges; one of our original recipes, which has been produced here on the farm for over 15 years.
STRAWBERRY JAM 227G – Luscious, intensely fruity jam packed with strawberries. Perfect spooned onto one of our warm, buttery scones with plenty of clotted cream. Made in small batches using the highest quality organic ingredients.
ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA CADDY – Quintessential hearty British blend of two distinguished black teas; malty Assam Sartrupa which flourishes in the rich soil and humidity of northeast India, and aromatic South Indian Welbeck grown 2300m above sea level in the Blue Mountains of Tamil Nadu.
COFFEE GROUND 250G – Our roaster chooses coffees from farmers who promote sustainable farming practices, just as we do at Daylesford, and the farmers are paid a fair price, enabling them to support themselves and for their communities to grow
OXFORDSHIRE HONEY – Delicate, floral honey made by bees gathering from meadows, woodlands and wild hedgerows around the small town of Burford, close to our farm in the Cotswolds.
PINK GRAPEFRUIT JUICE 75CL – Perfectly balanced sweet, tart juice pressed from sun-ripened pink grapefruits, pure and unfiltered. Grown in biodynamic groves and ripened on the tree for the fullest flavour and harvested using traditional methods.
PROSECCO – A marvellous organic Prosecco with a clean straw colour, small bubbles, and a touch of pear and melon in its aroma. A light sparkling wine, perfect for a celebratory breakfast.
